Sorry, I can't help. Blogger does that to me sometimes, too. And sometimes it decides to singlespace the lines, and I have no way of changing it back. Drives me crazy :(

You could try using < br > (take out the spaces around it) instead of a pragraph break. Sometimes that fixes the problem for me.
Don't ask me, I just live here :)
I'm so bad with that stuff, if I manage to post, I feel I'm lucky!
