@$*&%# Murphy!!!!

I had the snow tires taken off my car this week, and yesterday Hubs and I spent a couple of happy hours raking the yard and hauling lawn furniture out of the shed while the kids ran around us, joyously reunited with their bikes and swings.

So you can imagine the string of swear words with which I greeted the day upon peering out the window this morning to see this:

I wonder if I could convince my health insurance to pay for a week in Mexico....I've got a severe case of latitude disease.

We had snow scheduled for today, but they've put it off to Tues/Wed/Thurs. Thanks for the reminder :)

Ugh. Poor you. I am not a snow and cold weather person. I would have collapsed in a little weeping heap. Let's hope this return to Winter is short-lived.

I know this is late but - yikes!
Hopefully that snow, like ours, is only a distant memory.
We are now deep into rain-land :(

Hey! I don't know your email address so here's the meatball sauce info.

Just use a jar of chili sauce (whichever kind you like best. The ones that are meatless and by the ketchup aisle...) and a jar of grape jelly or jam. I prefer jam because it doesn't ball up as much. My mom prefers jelly because it DOES ball up a bit. You choose.

Just put the chili sauce and jam together in a pot or crock pot. Start heating them up until they liquify and mix. Add meatballs for however long it takes for them to heat up and start to smell good. Eat. Good stuff.

OH CRAP. I finally made an appt to change my snow tires to summer tires. On Tuesday. I guess I'd better dig out the snowpants.
